Manufacturing Unit

The workshop is uniquely positioned as both, the fabrication arm for Chem Process Systems designed process equipment as well as the custom fabrication arm which serves engineering companies and processing facilities. Sprawled in an area of 20 acres, the workshop houses 7 fabrication bays allowing a production capacity of up to 14,000 man hours per week on a standard day shift pattern.

Strategically located with easy accessibility to major ports, airports and highways in India, our manufacturing facility is approachable by for smoother transportation by low bed multi-axle hydraulic trailers.

Facility

The facility is self-contained with all services, feeding the workshops with power and industrial gases including oxygen, argon and CO2. Cladding/ Explosion Bonding, CNC Drilling, Dished End Forming (by Spinning), Heat Treatment and Rubber/Glass Flake/FRP/TEFLON Lining from approved subcontractors is carried out on a regular basis. Welding procedures and personnel meet various welding codes, including AWS, ASME, and MIL-STD-248/278 specifications.

It also encompasses a purpose built engineering facility which provides the operational area required for the manipulation of heavy and complex fabrications, steel structures and tube forms that form an intrinsic part of the company’s core products. We have manufactured and have capacity to handle and weld diverse materials including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex Steel, Copper Nickel, Titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, Aluminium and also provide equipment lined with Rubber, FRP, PP, PVC, Glass Flake, Ceramic, PTFE, PVDF to name a few.

With facilities spread over an area of 20 acres, Chem Process Systems carries out all the operations from one physical location; thus providing complete management and organizational synergy to the client. The facilities comprise offices, state-of-the-art, test laboratories, and pilot plants for product testing and research and development.

This also reflects the specific nature of the machine processes involved in several of the machine tools which are unique to Chem Process Systems. The machining capacity reflects the enormous structures frequently machined in this facility and the advanced level of the technology involved.

Special materials are stored separately to avoid contamination. We also recognize the importance of material separation during the welding process and our workshop boasts of a controlled ‘Clean Shop’ area for this purpose. Clean shop and clean room facilities are available for manufacturing unconventional materials like Titanium, Hastelloy, Incoloy among other materials. Separate shot blasting and painting facilities ensure we deliver aesthetically appealing equipment of international standards.
